Apricots
Studies, wine and the Wachau have led to apricots becoming a second crop in our farm alongside viticulture.
In particular the original Vinschger apricot, a native crop to South Tyrol.
It is joined by other varieties that are as varied and versatile as the products we make from them.
Jams, chutney, ketchup and our personal highlight, a Cremonian style Mostarda.
